Who are you?

You are an experienced IT project manager with a proven ability to coordinate a roadmap of IT-driven projects involving diverse stakeholders.

You are a motivated and enthusiastic team player with master’s-level analytical and strategic thinking skills, driven to enhance team performance and optimise organisational processes.

You have in-depth knowledge of maintaining a full Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and the Office 365 applications.

You have knowledge of maintaining a Dynamics OAP environment using Power Apps. Since we are using MS Dynamics in our primary process, and use PowerBI as a reporting tool in which dashboards and reports are generated and offered to use by our professional staff. (We do not expect you to ‘program’ yourself, but you must be able to oversee and steer the change / project management proces.)

You have demonstrated management experience and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

You bring seven years of work experience as an IT professional and are ready to take the next step in your career.

You are communicative, organisational sensitive and skilled in coaching and guiding a diverse team as well as translating and implementing our business strategy.

You are a change maker with an innovative perspective towards the PUM goals, driving the further professionalisation of the organisation.

You have excellent command of the English and Dutch language.
Being an IT project manager
As a vital member of the PUM community, your role is both dynamic and rewarding. As the IT project manager, you play a key role in:

Managing and coordinating the IT roadmap of PUM, pro-actively involving all relevant stakeholders.

Guiding and coordinating different diverse teams in further optimising PUM’s processes in MS Dynamics and other connected applications in collaborations with (IT) partners.

Coaching a small team of two IT professionals coordinating the IT helpdesk function.
Ins and outs of the role of IT project manager
As a full-time role at PUM (37.5 hours), the IT project manager position offers a competitive salary between the range of €4.150,- and €5.929,- , depending on the experience you bring. We provide numerous perks, including an 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month bonus, ‘working-from-home’ and commuting allowances, 28 days of holiday, a pension plan, a training budget, a weekly boot camp, and more.
