We are proud to announce that today, on 19 August 2024, PUM is launching a media campaign across radio, motorway billboards and social media channels. This campaign is the next step in strengthening PUM’s brand awareness and connecting more effectively with the Dutch population. The primary goals of this campaign are to increase awareness of the PUM brand in the Netherlands, enhance our market position, and engage a broad audience of potential experts and partners.
Strengthening our brand
At PUM, we are proud of who we are and what we do. However, it seems that PUM has been one of the best-kept secrets in the NGO world. We are convinced that this will soon change. Earlier this year, PUM introduced its new visual identity, reflecting our sharpened mission and values. This was followed by the launch of our new website. And now , this media campaign will give us the boost we need to become widely recognised for our activities and the positive impact we make.
Brand Video
The centrepiece of the campaign is a brand movie, created in collaboration with local artists, video makers, PUM clients and PUM experts. We believe in the power of collaboration and, in this case, the unique creativity that emerges when diverse perspectives come together. The making of and the brand movie itself perfectly capture what PUM stands for and how we operate. Filming was done at locations where PUM experts collaborated with local entrepreneurs, including projects in Tanzania, Indonesia, Colombia, South Africa and Ghana.
Collaborative effort
The campaign has been a joint effort, developed in cooperation with media agency Positive / One4Media and creative agency NEEW, along with input from PUM’s directors, management team, communications department, and several staff volunteers and experts. We aim to positively influence public perception, attract new volunteers, and strengthen the commitment and engagement of our existing experts, staff volunteers, employees, and partners.
Together we created the campaign consisting of radio spots, PUM billboards and social media posts representing PUM. A lot of time and hard was put in by all these great people to create an amazing campaign that will let the Netherlands get to know PUM.
