Annual Report 2025: Sharing knowledge, shaping futures

We invite you to discover how shared knowledge is creating real and lasting change. In 2025, PUM delivered 1,530 projects across 30 countries, a 17% increase on the previous year.  Collaborating with 1,283 clients, we contributed to sustaining over 35,000 direct jobs. We take great pride in what we have accomplished together, alongside our partners.

Behind the numbers are the people. The report features inspiring stories from a Balinese tea entrepreneur empowering local women, a Lebanese family winery that created the country’s first sparkling wine, and dairy farmers in India transforming their livelihoods. It also marks a proud milestone: the attendance of Her Majesty Queen Máxima at the PUM Impact Awards in December 2025.

With an ambition to deliver 2,200 projects by 2030, PUM continues to grow its impact through strong local business ecosystems.
