The Partnerships Department currently consists of three colleagues: a Manager of Communications and Partnerships, a Senior Business Partnerships Officer, and a colleague responsible for NGO partnerships.

In this role you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and family foundations, as well as institutional donors.

  • You have strong presentation skills and are experienced in setting up, leading, and implementing programmes.

  • You thrive in an organisation undergoing change, where you can contribute ideas and help shape its development.

  • You have excellent command of English, and preferably also Dutch.

  • You are comfortable using social media and digital tools, including Microsoft 365.

  • You are optimistic, proactive, hands-on, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to PUM’s ambitions.
