Queen Máxima to attend the PUM Impact Awards 2025

Her Majesty Queen Máxima will attend the PUM Impact Awards ceremony on Wednesday 10 December, in The Hague.

The annual PUM Impact Awards celebrate entrepreneurs and organisations that, with the support of PUM experts, achieve sustainable growth and contribute to inclusive economic development. Queen Máxima’s presence highlights the importance of knowledge sharing and entrepreneurship as key drivers of sustainable progress worldwide.

Founded over 45 years ago by employers’ organisation VNO-NCW and based in The Hague, PUM connects experienced Dutch professionals with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in 30 countries worldwide. This unique exchange of knowledge enables local businesses to grow, create jobs, and operate more sustainably.

Impact awards ceremony 
During the plenary programme, the significance of the Impact Awards will be explained, and winning projects will present their success stories. These inspiring cases demonstrate how direct collaboration between Dutch experts and local entrepreneurs leads to innovative solutions and tangible social results.

Following the presentations, Queen Máxima will meet with the award winners to discuss their experiences, innovations, and the wider impact of their work.
