Hans Blankert Fund
Sometimes, small investments can lead to significant advancements for businesses, educational institutions, or organisations. To facilitate this, they may require additional funds, for example to purchase machinery, equipment, or tools. PUM's Hans Blankert Fund is dedicated to supporting clients in these efforts to invest in growth, innovation and sustainability.
The fund provides grants of up to €5,000, with clients required to finance 50% of the investment. For female entrepreneurs, PUM has lowered the threshold to 40% and offers grants of up to €6,000. This reflects our commitment to encouraging female entrepreneurship.
Investing in sustainable growth
The overall aim of a grant from the Hans Blankert Fund is to facilitate businesses growth. This means that the intended investment must generate a tangible commercial effect and lead to permanent improvements in operating results. Preferably, the investment should also have a positive ecological and social impact on the community. This can include enhancing working conditions and safety for staff, promoting environmental sustainability, supporting female employment, and combating child labour.
