Amazing English Tour creates opportunities for young people in Vietnam

In today’s globalised world, mastering English is more than just an academic goal, it’s a gateway to new opportunities, cultures, and connections. That belief is at the heart of Amazing English Tour, an innovative education business in Vietnam that recently collaborated with PUM.

Based in Dong Ha in the Quang Tri province, Amazing English Tour combines language learning with travel and cultural experiences. Oanh Thị Hải Nguyễn, founder Amazing English Tour: “We offer international study tours, educational travel programmes, and inspiring courses that develop students’ English communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. Our target customers are parents with children aged 8 to 15 who want their children to gain global exposure and essential life skills.”

With 10 full-time employees and more than 55 part-time staff, the organisation is already creating valuable jobs for local people and opening pathways for youth development across Vietnam.

Ambition without limits 
To support the next phase of growth, PUM expert Johannes Groenen worked closely with the management team of Amazing English Tour on business development, marketing, finance and operations. He praised the team’s drive and ambition: “What a wonderful group of young people is running Amazing English Tour. I truly admire their passion for their mission: To inspire young learners and help them grow into confident and responsible global citizens.” 

During the collaboration, attention was given to stronger financial planning, clearer management systems, and long-term strategy. In recent years, the business focused mainly on domestic and international tours. It is now placing greater emphasis on education services, creating a more stable model with increased potential for expansion and employment. Recommendations included more frequent management reporting, sharper operational processes, and stronger focus on future growth.

Jobs for the next generation
The company has ambitious plans for the next three years, including attracting international students to Central Vietnam, expanding overseas study tours for Vietnamese students, and developing a franchise model for its programmes. This growth could generate even more jobs for young professionals, teachers, and coordinators, while giving students greater access to international learning experiences.
